The Best snoring product that we tested was the jaw supporter from My Snoring Solution. This product gets a perfect 10!! This thing REALLY works! Snoring research has shown that a jaw supporter, keeping the lower jaw in an upward position increases the three dimensional space in the airway, reduces air velocity and soft tissue vibration. This action can eliminate snoring.
A jaw supporter can be compared to CPR. The airway must be open to allow air to pass through the throat. A constricted or collapsed airway causes snoring and/or OSA. A jaw supporter can hold the lower jaw in a position so that it does not fall backwards/down during the night and cause the airway to collapse. Maintaining a clear airway improves breathing and reduces snoring.

BLACKSTONE PILLOW
Our next test was The Blackstone Pillow. This pillow is very comfortable and is designed in a way to position your head in the correct position while sleeping on your side or back. The way it positions your head will help open your airways and improves the way you sleep.
This pillow system really works! We were impressed bty how comfotable it was! The way it aligns your head opens of those airways and the snoring is instantly eliminated. We give this product a 9/10! YOU will recommend it to anyone with a snoring problem.

SNORING MOUTHPIECE
We gave the anti-snoring mouthpiece a a try and really thought it was uncomfortable. We did do further research and considered buying another mouth piece from another company, but we have yet to do this. We read alot of good reviews on this product, but when we tested it, it didn’t convince us, maybe since this was our 3rd test and we were so impressed with the Blackstone Pillow and the My Snoring Solution. This product gets a 3/10.
NASAL SPRAY
These over the counter products do work for some, but we found that the Jaw supporter or the pillow is a way better option. Nasal spray work for a few hours but the other products did out perform the nasal Spray by far!
