k so im going on this trip of a few days and we are staying in cabines and my friends have said that i have a BIG snoring problem, but i didnt belive them until my mother taped me lol and now im worried about bothing people at night on the trip.
Any tips on how to help or STOP snoring.???

Try sleeping on your side or stomach. Most of the time, snoring is caused by your tongue sliding backward & partially blocking your windpipe when your body relaxes. There are also many over the counter products which may help to allieviate this problem temporarily. One such product is called nor-snore by Breathe Right. Best of luck.
