ok i am and i dont sleep over at anyone’s house beacuse i snore like a chainsaw and i wanted to know where i can find a cheap snoring mouth guard in stores or something that can stop my snoring and i alrady know all the tips but they dont work!!!!! plz help me

You can get them at Walmart, etc. Make sure you don’t get the nasal strips or throat spray. On this particular program, they said the sprays did not work.

I found one on-line at the link below. I use the Breathe Right strips and they work fine for me.
You might want to see a doctor to make sure it isn’t sleep apnea which can be a big health problem.Good luck.

Snoring occurs because your mouth overly relaxes.
It might also be because you’re over weigh, (common cause of sleep apnea) and if you’re not over weigh it could be because or your breast size putting too much pressure on your lungs, you could try sleeping on your side or keeping your mouth closed.
You might want to go to the doctor and get your sleep pattern analyzed, or you can be specially fitted for a guard, if you live in Canada it should be covered.
