So, the other day I just got struck with this weird idea, and its a story I usually would not write. Positive or negative feedback. Also there might be spelling errors and that is because I wrote it in like 5 mins. I am not sure if I should continue it, I really have no idea where it is going. haha thanks in advance:

The night is my calling. I love the darkness. I love the sound of nothing but wind rushing through my ears. I have always loved it since the accident.

I glance at the clock, 2:12 A.M. Perfect. I open my bedroom door slowly, peer around the corner and hear soft snores coming from my mother. Darkness. I blink several times to adjust my eyes. I drag my fingers across the wall till I find the doorknob and slowly creep my way into my bathroom. I look out the window and see the moon and stars. The big dipper.

I have done this simple task a million times before. I jump on the counter, twist the window, and push my way out. Simple. Easy.

I step on the wet grass and smell the soft air around me. This is perfect. I close my eyes and take it all in. This is what I live for this is my life. The life of night. What is my first task of the night? I walk down the narrow road. The white bricked homes lining the streets engulfed in darkness. Should I turn left and go my usual route? Or be adventurous and turn right. I can’t decide. I spin around in a circle and stop. I am facing right. I walk. The trees lining the streets sway in my direction as the wind picks up. I trace my fingers through the leaves and twirl them in my fingers. I love nature.

I glance up at a stop sign. It is bent and mangled. I press me hand against the hard metal and feel the cold on my finger tips.

The accident happened 4 months ago. I don’t remember much of it. We were in a car. We were going fast. Then it was screaming. Then there was blood. My blood. His blood. The world started spinning and then it was darkness. And I liked it.
