My guy snores so loudly…cant get any sleep…im forced to sleep in the other room…any cure or anythng to do so tht he stops snoring…also he goes to sleep very very fast….the quickest in like 2 seconds after we said our goodnights…i wonder if there is any connection…fyi he snores all the time, and nt jst whn he gets a cold…help!!!
If he smokes he should stop, as well as try sleeping on his sides. Maybe he should try those nasal strips for snoring to open up his airways. If those don’t help, he should see a doctor, as this might be able to be cured with surgery. Also, snoring could be a symptom of sleep apnea — a relatively serious condition — so this might warrant a visit to the doctor.
