I snore .How do I stop this? I know that it can be harmful. Is surgery the only answer. I tried some methods. But no luck. there’s got to be a way!

Id say try sitting up while you sleep, it keeps your air ways widened and allows better air flow, try stacking two or three pillows on your neck to keep your head a little elevated. Ive never personaly had this problem but my Aunt had a problem with Snoring once and i suggested this and she said it helped.
