I am constantly tired. I fall asleep before 9 every night unless i force myself to stay up, and even then it’s only til about 10 and I’m exhausted. I’ve also gained weight in the last year and there is no reason for the weight gain. I eat less and I eat more healthy and exercise more. I never have alot of energy and take naps on the weekend as much as i can. I go to bed at 9 and wake up at 6 and am exhausted. I don’t wake up during the night and my boyfriend says that I don’t stop breathing or snore while i sleep. What could make me so tired? Is it normal?
